Good Afternoon!

The district is sending out the First Day Packets before the start of school before the First Day of School to ensure we have all information we need before your child is here :)

The following forms need to be filled out online for EACH child. They are linked so once you fill out the first  form, it'll redirect you to the next form :) Once you finish all forms for one child, come back to this email and click on the first link of appropriate school to start the process over. If you get kicked out, the links to the individual forms are also listed below.

The only forms NOT able to be done electronically are the optional Lunch forms (Free and Reduced and Health Insurance). These are located HERE and can be returned with your student the first day.
