Visitor Restrictions



Due to COVID-19 Pandemic

June 2020


In order to keep our students, parents and staff safe during this global pandemic and to make your visit as efficient as possible, we ask that all visitors follow the procedures/protocols listed below.


  1. Please call 856-767-9480 to make an appointment with the School, Department or individual that you want to see.   Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time.  

    • Bring all required documentation or materials  with you in order to make your visit efficient and productive.

    • Please have the name of the person you are meeting with and the time of your appointment. (This is to avoid overcrowding in any office and to protect your health.)


  1. On the day of your appointment, please make sure you are feeling well and not exhibiting any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:

    • Fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea  


  1. Before you enter the building, the secretary or person you are meeting with will ask 3-5 screening questions. 


  1. Upon entering the building your temperature will be taken.  As per CDC guidelines, anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be asked to leave.  


  1. A mask must be worn by anyone visiting the building.

  2. Please observe social distance guidelines throughout the building you are in (6 feet distance between people).
