Registration Information For Parents and Guardians

John F. Kennedy Elementary School is for grades Preschool through 4.
Dwight D. Eisenhower Middle School is for grades 5 through 8.
Registration Requirements:
- Completed Registration @ www.btwpschools.org/registration
- 2 Proofs of Residency, must reside in West Berlin, NJ 08091 - (utility bill, tax document, bank statement, lease or mortgage documents, Driver’s License)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
Registration will not be complete till all of the required documents are submitted.
